Category 1: Affiliates who own only 1 site.
We are going to create 3 new websites in the CRM that will be added to your existing website, which means these origins of the websites will appear in your reporting live and the CRM tag will be integrated to the purchases made in these websites.
Scenario 1: IF the affiliates do not use the tracking
The services will appear during the purchase (the same name + a number and a CRM tag)
Aff_affil4you_XXX_NAMESITE1 which is the existing origin that will not change
Aff_affil4you_XXX_NAMESITE1_1_(CRM) which is an example of the site source, just before your existing site
Aff_affil4you_XXX_NAMESITE1_2_(CRM) etc.
Aff_affil4you_XXX_NAMESITE1_3_(CRM) etc.
Scenario 2: IF the affiliates use the tracking in their origins
The services will appear (with the same name + a number, the tracker and the CRM tag)
Aff_affil4you_XXX_NAMESITE1_tracker
Aff_affil4you_XXX_NAMESITE1_1_tracker_(CRM)
Aff_affil4you_XXX_NAMESITE1_2_tracker_(CRM)
Aff_affil4you_XXX_NAMESITE1_3_tracker_(CRM)
No change will be made but you can still log in your account on www.affil4you.com to change the name, logo, colors and the site content.
Category 2: Affiliates who are using our CRM
We will create new CRM site in order to reach an efficient CRM channel to maximize your satisfaction.
What you currently see on your statistics interface:
Aff_affil4you_XXX_NAMESITE1_tracker
Aff_affil4you_XXX_NAMESITE1_2_(CRM)_tracker
What you will see after our CRM optimization:
Aff_affil4you_XXX_NAMESITE1_3_ (CRM)_tracker Aff_affil4you_XXX_NAMESITE1_4 _ (CRM)_tracker etc.
The challenge is to understand if you currently manage or not a finished site or whether the addition of a site without your prior configuration will crash your tracking API.
